We use DoTerra’s Certified Pure Tested Grade (CPTG) essential oils, meaning they contain no fillers, synthetic ingredients, or adulterations, just pure, potent plant extracts. Many of these oils are safe for internal use, offering powerful support for both pets and people.
DoTerra is a company that believes in sustainability and co-impact farming. They source the plants from throughout the world. Then go to the area that produces the best plants. DoTerra does not buy up the land but rather co-impact with the farmer to grow the plants. Showing them how to improve their yield and the farmer in turn sells the raw materials to DoTerra, who then pays the farmer.
What Oils NOT to give your pet!
For Cats:
Cats are more sensitive to essential oils than dogs. Avoid Birch, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Spearmint, and Wintergreen. These oils can be overwhelming or even harmful if not used properly. Always ensure good ventilation, dilute appropriately, and never force exposure.
For Dogs:
Dogs tend to tolerate essential oils better, but care is still needed. Avoid Birch and Wintergreen. Watch for signs of discomfort and always let your dog guide the selection process through self-selection.
